Our values
Focus on clients
We always advise and act entirely in the interests of our clients – even if that means making ourselves superfluous as consultants at some point.
Our aspiration:
Clients who can take over developed ESG processes themselves in the future.
Focus on expertise
We can do many tasks in the field of ESG – and for what we can do less well, we recommend our clients competent partners to work with.
Our promise:
No commissions from third-party providers we recommend to clients.
Focus on future
We not only keep an eye on current laws and requirements, but also always keep future requirements in mind in our consulting.
Our goal:
ESG processes that clients can use in the long term.
Our founders
Carmen Meixner
Partner (ESG Strategy & Data)
Carmen began her professional career as a strategy consultant at a top management consulting firm with focus on business transformation for DAX30 clients. There she kick-started the company-wide ESG and sustainability initiative. Her work at the United Nations brought her closer to international policy and legislation. She is passionate about integrating the global ESG topic into a company’s long-term business strategy.
In addition to her professional activities, Carmen organizes the Leipzig format “Girls Talking & Walking” on a voluntary basis and is a speaker on ESG and start-up topics at universities and conferences.
Justus Fischer
Partner (ESG Analytics & Reporting)
Justus worked several years in ESG and IR for an established investor relations consultancy, at which he led the build-and-ramp-up of the ESG department. At Via Tomorrow, ESG is now his 100% focus. His absolute ambition: no ESG wishy-washy, but the achievement of measurable results for his clients. Central for him is the identification, collection and reporting of meaningful ESG data in order to convince investors and other stakeholders in the long term.
Outside of his professional activities, Justus polishes his foreign language skills and is a passionate chess lover. Moreover, he takes extensive bike tours in the Leipzig area and across Germany.
